This policy explains what information Wellsoft Solutions (the "site") collects when you use the JSON formatter and its related tools, and how it is used.
JSON you enter in the JSON formatter
The JSON formatter and its related tools (validator, viewer, fixer, secret scanner and others) process your JSON entirely in your browser. It is not sent to us, not stored on our servers, and never included in analytics, logs or URL query strings. There is no public list of recent pastes.
If you create a share link, the data is placed in the URL fragment (the part after #), which browsers do not send to our server. Anyone you give the link to can read it unless you protect it with a password. If you load JSON from a URL, your browser requests that address directly. Autosave keeps your latest input in your browser's local storage on your device; use "Clear all data" in the tool or clear your browser's site data to remove it. Analytics
If enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as pages viewed and which tool features are used. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect information like your approximate location, device and browser type. We never send the JSON you enter to analytics. Advertising
If enabled, the site shows ads served by third-party advertising networks. These networks may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through your browser settings and the opt-out tools offered by the ad networks.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. The site itself does not require cookies to work. Cookies may be set by the analytics and advertising services described above, and you can block or delete them in your browser settings.
Children
The site is intended for a general audience, including students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
